It’s time to share some Dino-mite summer adventures! Ethan visited the state capital this summer. Mrs. Wahl and her family explored Germany. Kayzen spent her summer outside and golfing. Mrs. Geiger tended to her clematis in her garden. Here at Jefferson we want to know what our families have been up to this summer. We are doing a summer photo challenge and would love it if you joined us! If you would like to share a photo of your Dino-mite doing their favorite thing this summer, email them to jes@glendiveschools.org. We cannot wait to see and share what you’ve been up to!

Principal V here, and I'd just like to give a shout out to all Jefferson staff. Teaching is a challenging profession, and the wonderful people here are always trying to focus on the positive. Over the course of the year, we've called students to the office 1503 times for receiving a Dinomite ticket, which is at least an order of magnitude less than how many times staff have recognized Dinomite behavior and given students a Dinomite ticket. Moreover, our school has collectively written more than 275 Postcards to students. Teachers make education what it is. Thank you to Jefferson and all the wonderful people in the Glendive Public Schools for doing what you do for kids. #GPSPride #JeffersonDinomites #GPSCommunity #stayfocused #staypositive #celebratethegood

Here fishy, fishy, fishy. A rep from MT Fish, Wildlife and Parks, and wonderful parent of a JES student, came to visit with our kindergarten today about the different fish one might find in our beautiful Yellowstone river. #ittakesacommunity #JeffersonDinomites #safeboating
