Z-club needs your help this holiday season! The DCHS student food pantry needs to be restocked, so we are running a food drive starting 12/14 through 12/17. Everything is appreciated, from fresh fruits to canned food. Please bring your donations to Ms. Cohen’s room, 213B. If you cannot make these arrangements, please email Ms. Cohen at Cohenn@glendiveschools.org Thank you for your donations!

DCHS 12/2 Announcements: Lunch for Wednesday: Lasagna rollups with garlic toast, veggie, fruit, & milk. NO SALAD BAR. DCHS Cheer: There is a signup sheet in the office for DCHS Winter Cheer Tryouts. Tryouts will be held the week of November 30th. On Monday, November 30, 2020, Glendive Public Schools will be moving to the restricted model for all grades 1-12, which means students will be attending school onsite Monday through Thursday. Kindergarten will remain in the A/B Hybrid model at this time. Our staff is excited to see all of our students back in the buildings. As this is a change for everyone, we would like to highlight a couple of things to make this a successful transition. *Face coverings - Face Coverings will be required to be worn all day in all areas on campus (Hallways, Classrooms, Bus, School Events, etc.). GPS will be providing 2 more cloth masks per student. *New Bus Schedule (Starting Nov 30th) https://rb.gy/rd1ibp - Please click on the link to be taken to the new GPS Bus Routes for the Restricted model. Please note all changes to your bus route. Also, as a reminder: GPS busing is only for students who have been using the buses in the Hybrid model. If you would like your student to ride the bus, you will need to contact Mr. Phipps at the bus barn (377-4055) to assure that there is a seat available. *Release Times - Please note that JES release time has changed and is the ONLY school with a new release time. Lunch for Wednesday and Thursday: Sloppy Joe with potato chips, veggie, fruit & milk. NO SALAD BAR. Speech, Drama and Debate is looking for team members! The season, according to MHSA, will begin virtual, but may transition to in-person! This will be a great opportunity to practice public speaking skills, act, and argue with students all across the state. If you are interested in joining or want to know what Speech and Drama is all about, please contact Ms. Siemsen by November 13. Everyone is welcome! Picture retake day is TODAY, 11/11 from 1 to 3 in the auditorium foyer. DCHS Cheer: There is a sign up sheet in the office for DCHS Winter Cheer Tryouts.
