NHS Members: We will have our first meeting tomorrow in Ms. Fawns' room. Please see the google classroom for the agenda of what we will be discussing ahead of time.
Key Club: Students, Key Club will have their first meeting on Thursday during lunch. If you are interested in learning more about our service organization and what we do, please meet in Ms. Fawns' room during lunch. We are excited to see you, possible and current members, there.
Students: If you brought money in for an activity ticket, they are ready to be picked up in the principal’s office.

With school right around the corner, fall activities are quickly starting up! There will be a Fall Workers and Ticket Takers meeting this evening, August 10, at 5:30 pm in the DCHS cafeteria. Immediately following, there will be a Fall Activities Parent meeting in the cafeteria starting at 7 pm.
DCHS Drama: Auditions for "Shrek the Musical" will be held August 10th in the DCHS auditorium. For audition times and required material, please email tumas@glendiveschools.org.

Sign up sheets for the 2022-23 DCHS Cheer/Dance Team are in the office. Please sign up by May 20th. Information for try-outs and summer open gym times will be sent via text. Please contact Coach White with questions.
DCHS we are going to the Dominican Republic Summer 2024! Students, I am thrilled to share this travel opportunity. To learn more about this exciting tour, come with your parents to an information session on Tuesday, May 17th at 5:30 p.m. in Ms. Burke's classroom.

Summer Laborers wanted for the City of Glendive. Apply at the Public works dept upstairs at city hall. Pay is 10.00 per hour. It is 40 hours weekly Monday through Friday. Must be 18 years or older.
The DCHS Drumline is looking for members! If you want to play drums, can read basic music and want to play at school events, put your name on the list outside the band room office. It will be an auditioned group with judging by myself (Justin Swanson), Isaac Reynolds and Ms. Boes. Come sign up!
There will be a meeting for anyone interested in playing football next fall on Tuesday, May 25th during lunch in Mrs. Selvigs room. This meeting will take up most of the lunch period. Thank you.
The DCHS Boys Basketball program will be hosting a youth basketball camp on May 31-June 2. Please see the attached flyer for additional information. Hope to see you there!
Day three of the English class fundraiser challenge for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention has come and gone. Today, 5/5/2022 is the final day of the challenge, and we cannot wait to see the final leaderboard. Over the past three days, we have raised $164.40; way to go, DCHS staff and students!
The top three classes are:
1. Juniors/English 11, having raised $72.13
2. English Skills, having raised $36.75
3. Freshmen/English 9, having raised $23.16
Thanks for your support of this Key Club and NHS project and mental health awareness.

New York City trip: If you're interested in traveling to New York City with Mrs. Tuma in June of 2023, please have your parents attend an informational meeting in room C-210 on Monday, April 25th at 6pm.

Congratulations to DCHS's first ever HOSA Chapter. They attended their very first Spring Leadership Conference this week and brought home a Gold and a Bronze! If you see the following students around today, please congratulate them and ask about their trip: Megan Frank, Sierra Rowe, Summer Bickford, Hailee Deguzman, and Kaitlyn Casini.

The HOSA (Health Occupation Students of America) club at DCHS just attended their first State Leadership Conference in Billings. Megan Frank took third place on her Research Poster and first place in Sports Medicine! Great job everyone!
